Why I Started ProperXit Investments
Recently, someone asked me, “Why don’t you just buy these properties yourself?” The truth is, I do—and I will continue to. But over time, I realized that investing alone or in smaller partnerships, while rewarding, wasn’t the only path forward. ProperXit Investments wasn’t just about growing my own portfolio; it was about something bigger.
1. Diversification & Lowering Risk
I’ve always believed in limiting risk, and one of the best ways to do that is through diversification. I prefer to put as much money down as possible to minimize debt, but that naturally limits how many deals I can take on alone. By syndicating, I can spread my capital across multiple investments while still maintaining my own personal investments. This allows me to participate in more opportunities without overextending.
2. Paying It Forward
For the last 26 years I’ve had a mentor who has been unbelievably generous with his time, teaching me the ins and outs of both real estate and business. The lessons he shared have shaped how I approach investing and building companies. That kind of generosity had a huge impact on me, and I want to do the same for others. Through ProperXit, I can educate and guide investors—whether they’re new to real estate or looking to scale their portfolios.

From the start, I’ve had friends asking if they could invest alongside me. I saw this as more than just a request—I saw an opportunity.
